Patientdesk.ai Raises $1M Pre-Seed

We’re excited to welcome Patientdesk.ai to the e2vc portfolio following its $1 million Pre-Seed round, led by Y Combinator.

Founded by Oncel Ozgul, Fikri San Koktas, and Emre Kaplaner, Patientdesk.ai is building a patient-aware AI booking system for dental clinics. The platform handles inbound calls, appointment booking, payments, and real-time insurance verification, helping clinics capture more revenue without adding front-desk staff.

Dental practices lose potential appointments when calls go unanswered, insurance questions delay bookings, or complex patient requests require follow-ups. Patientdesk handles the intake process end-to-end, identifying the patient and their needs, verifying insurance in real time, booking the right appointment, and processing payments within the clinic’s existing systems.

The founders met more than ten years ago in a high-school dorm and have worked closely together ever since. Their experience working with clinics and front-desk workflows led them to build Patientdesk around the operational challenges healthcare practices face every day.
